FEATURED PROJECTS

8th Street

324 8th Street - Midtown

8th Street is the latest total renovation by Ansley Partners of a Craftsman-style house, originally built in 1924, which was expanded to a total of six bedrooms and five and a half baths, with a detached garage and a carriage house. This transformation showcases our team’s strength of preserving and accentuating the original style of a home while creating a new space fit for contemporary life. With two separate and rentable units - the basement and the carriage house - the home also offered flexibility for the owner to gain long-term or short-term (Airbnb) rental income, or have an in-law / au-pair suite.

Northview

1300 Northview Avenue, Atlanta, Georgia

1300 Northview Avenue - Morningside

Originally a bungalow of no particular design value, though wedged at a prominent intersection in Morningside, our team decided to gut this property to its foundation, entirely rebuilding it into a Florida Coastal style dwelling, similar to some high-end projects in Seaside.  This is now a 4 bedroom -5 bath home on two stories, with a 2-car garage. All new systems, amazing kitchen with top of the line appliances, numerous entertainment spaces, decks, balconies and a great sunset view of the West side of Piedmont Park.  This house is a signature project, featuring the latest design effort by our team.

Penn

744 Penn Avenue, Atlanta, Georgia

744 Penn Avenue - Midtown

Our partners fell in love with the bones and the interior spaces of this early Craftsman home with late Victorian features.  The house was neglected and had numerous issues, including an unfitting conversion into a duplex.  Our team was able to preserve and save precious historical features, such as original in-lay floors, benches, fireplaces and mantles, pocket doors, woodwork and hardware.  A deep radical renovation - to the studs – brought back to its glory this stunning structure.  The house has all new systems,  a very large and luminous kitchen with top of the line appliances, three entertainment rooms, an extra-large back deck, an elongated front porch with a swing and period-style bathrooms.  Large attic storage and basement.  This house features large windows with beautiful light throughout.

Berwick

1329 Berwick Avenue, Atlanta, Georgia

1329 Berwick Avenue - Morningside

Originally a 2 bed-1bath bungalow of insignificant architectural value, with breathtaking sunset views over Atlanta skyline from the top of a hill, our team entirely redesigned this dwelling, expanding it and doubling its size with a second and an attic story in a Craftsman style.  A 5 bedroom-6 bath with full basement and a 2-car garage, this structure was radically renovated.  All new systems and modern features, such as close-cell insulation, double e-glass, recirculation pumps and an internal 3 story tower that serves in mild-season as a natural conveyor of air circulation.

64 Montgomery Ferry

64 Montgomery Ferry, Atlanta, Georgia

64 Montgomery Ferry - Ansley Park

Winner of the 2007 Design Award by the MoDA, this stunning modern dwelling represents a new approach to the continuity between interiors and exteriors.  Mr. Pirrone collaborated with Dencity Design on this project. He dubs it as his best design effort to date. No funds were spared in this ultra-technological project, with green and energy-saving systems comparable to a Platinum LEED standards, with an overall 98% energy efficiency.  Over 10 miles of wiring make this an intelligent home, with computerized home systems, interior and exterior temperature sensors, recirculation of heated air, and humidity stabilizers.  This is a five bedroom six baths on four stories, with numerous living spaces, full basement, five decks, a two car garage, a pool and an 8,000 gallons fish pond.
